Reference Images Stay on Your Device

Images you open in Art Grid Maker's browser tools are processed locally by your browser. We do not upload or store those reference images on our servers. Exported images and PDFs are generated on your device. If a future feature offers an explicit upload or sharing workflow, that workflow will describe the upload before it occurs and this policy will be updated as needed.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we collect:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Billing, subscription, purchase, and invoice records processed through Stripe. We do not receive your complete payment card number.
• Saved grid preset data and account entitlements when you choose to use account or Pro features.
• Request metadata, diagnostics, and security logs used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Support requests, feedback, and related correspondence you send to us.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide access to the service and maintain user accounts.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, refunds, trials, and lifetime purchases.
• Sync saved presets and determine which features your account can access.
• Monitor reliability, security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
• Respond to support inquiries, product feedback, and operational requests.

Service Providers

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service. Our current providers include Stripe, Cloudflare, Google. Stripe processes payments, Cloudflare provides hosting and data infrastructure, and Google provides optional sign-in. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms and our service configuration.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records. Retention periods may vary by data type and product configuration.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary for authentication, security, saved preferences, and billing flows. We do not currently enable advertising or third-party audience analytics on Art Grid Maker. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
