Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Using the Service

You may use Art Grid Maker only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your activity, and the images or data you choose to process with the service.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to access some features. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify the service operator if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Billing and Purchases

We offer free tools, automatically renewing Pro subscriptions, and a one-time Lifetime plan. Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial unless checkout clearly states otherwise. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Current prices, renewal intervals, and refund eligibility are shown on the pricing page, in Stripe Checkout, and in our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the images and data you use with Art Grid Maker. Browser-tool reference images are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers. For data you intentionally save to your account, you grant us only the rights needed to store, synchronize, secure, and display that data to you.

6. Suspension and Termination

The service operator may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, address abuse, or enforce these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
