14-Day Pro Trial

Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial unless Stripe Checkout clearly states otherwise. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the selected subscription begins and renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first paid Art Grid Maker transaction is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. This includes the first subscription charge after a trial and a Lifetime plan purchase. Submit the request within 30 days of that payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.

Renewals and Later Charges

Subscription renewal charges and later purchases are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law or where there is a duplicate charge, billing error, fraud, or material service failure. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Exceptional Cases

We review duplicate charges, billing errors, fraud, and material service failures on a case-by-case basis. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

How To Request a Refund

Use the refund-request option in your billing dashboard, or contact us at support@artgridmaker.com. Include the email address on the account and enough transaction detail for us to identify the payment. We normally review requests within 1 to 2 business days.

Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to billing practices, product configuration, or legal requirements. Changes do not reduce rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
